PURPOSE & PROVERBS

We require that you spend a minimum amount of R1,500.00 for each order that is placed, together with a minimum quantity of 5 units of each product.

Delivery is typically within 10 business days of order confirmation.

We typically do not send out samples, unless we can set up a meeting in person and bring along some product samples for you to look at. Alternatively, you can purchase a product on our website to view the quality.

On special request we can customize orders at an additional fee. But, we would encourage our Wholesale clients to embrace our original designs.

Simply go to the Wholesale tab on our website, log in to your account and add the products that you would like to order to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout and payment when you are satisfied with your order.

We accept EFT & Credit Card payments via the Wholesale Portal. Orders must be pre-paid; we are not able to offer accounts.

Unfortunately not. Normal shipping prices apply.

Damaged goods - If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact Purpose and Proverbs within 1 day of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the products, or if you have any problems whatsoever, it must be reported in writing or via email. Please note that you may not return any goods until you have received written authorization to do so from Purpose & Proverbs. Goods sent back without a written explanation will not be credited to your account.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a waybill number from us. You can use this number to track your order on the link that the courier provides.

Orders may be cancelled within 3 business days of the order placement. Refunds take place after 10 business days

The current lead time for processing orders is anywhere between 7-14 working days. Please note that the lead time will increase to 30 working days if your order contains a Hand Painted Bible.

Since each Bible is a speciality product that is painted by a local artist, it generally takes up to 30 business days for the process to be completed.
